Rush Limbaugh’s greatest contribution to America was drawing attention to the liberal bias of the mainstream media and Hollywood. It was by pointing out how the left-liberal media had worked around the clock to cover up Clinton’s “bimbo eruptions,” treason committed with his Communist bankrollers in the Chinese military involving sales of weapons of mass destruction and the Panama Canal, and Al Gore’s gaffes such as asking, “Who are these guys?” of a Federal Park Ranger due to his inability to recognize Jefferson and Franklin. Limbaugh did a great job identifying the media as the chief culprit in getting Clinton both elected and protected.
So they bided their time and got back at him, releasing a dossier held until just the right moment, and that moment came when Rush pulled a mild “Jimmy-the-Greek”/Howard Cosell misspeak and they exposed his addiction to what started out as physician-prescribed medication.
Trashing Republicans Limbaugh and Schwarzenegger was deliberate defamation of character. It is akin to the type of defamation Rabbi Abe Foxman and his Anti-Defamation League are always seeking out. They complained to The Glenview Bank of Chicago, chiding them for mentioning Hitler in a favorable light in a newsletter discussing liberal, Keynesian economics. They attacked Mel Gibson’s “The Passion,” blacklisting it so that the Jewish movers and shakers in Hollywood refused to distribute the film. Then there’s the current flap where the Simon Wiesenthal Center is dictating terms to Better Homes and Gardens for the handling of yet another account of Hitlerian history. Yet Foxman and the ADL fully support Nazi gun control laws. Do they support incremental gun confiscation for Israeli citizens as well?
There is a preponderance of Jewish money, power and control in both the news and entertainment media centralized in Hollywood. And of course, that’s why the media is liberal. And what could be more Jewish and therefore more liberal than Columbia Broadcasting System, sold by Laurence Tisch to Sumner Redstone’s Viacom in 1995. Both gentlemen are Jewish.
But considering all the prominent leftists in Hollywood, Mel Gibson is a breath of fresh air. His “Braveheart,” “The Patriot,” and now “The Passion” show a deeply religious Christian, one who has already watered down any allusion to Jewish collusion by using original languages, and not English, thereby diluting further any current day guilt attributable to Jews. It is indeed unfortunate that Russell Crowe ridiculed Gibson for even this effort at authenticity, which intended or not, further removes Jews from blame.
In a previous column, I referenced the words of Professor Kevin MacDonald, who exhibited the outstanding courage to stand up to the Jewish Mafia who brand as “anti-Semitic” anyone who disagrees with Zionist policies advancing the cause of Israel over that of America. MacDonald wrote in his article, “Thinking About Neoconservatism,” posted on VDare.com September 18, 2003, offering: “Jewish intellectual and political movements have typically had ready access to prestigious mainstream media channels… . Is it unreasonable to suppose that this may be somewhat influenced by the famously heavy Jewish role in these operations?”
But the most significant revelation Prof. MacDonald offers is this vignette also previously cited by me: “And, although Jews represented over half the membership of both the Socialist Party and the Communist Party USA at various times….” In my piece “On Liberalism,” I compare our nation’s government to that of Karl Marx’s vision of a perfect modern society, quoting directly from his Manifesto of the Communist Party.
So why did the Left, Democrats, and the Jewish-controlled media hate Ronald Reagan so much? Because as described in Reagan’s War, by Peter Schweizer, Reagan hated communists, having been introduced to their real brand of terrorism after they infiltrated and infested the movie lots via their corrupt goon-squad labor unions early in his career. Reagan became the nemesis of communism, not only in the USA but also all over the world. And that’s why the Left and its “news” and “entertainment” media, centralized in Hollywood, still hate Reagan to this day.
And that’s why Sumner Redstone’s CBS is attacking Reagan now. After an outcry from Reagan fans, along with a threat to organize a boycott against sponsoring advertisers of the intended defamation and character assassination, the network backed down and promised to be “more fair” in trashing the Reagans. “More fair?”
Here we have a former president whose policies weren’t completely perfect, but an honest man who inspired all in America and who stood up to individual freedom’s greatest threat – communism. And what does the liberal Hollywood “entertainment” and “news” media do? If they can’t trash his memory to the same degree that Clinton trashed his own reputation, then they’ll produce fiction to accomplish this end. And this while the man is still alive, struggling with Alzheimer’s, in the process of dying, and with his family and friends standing helplessly by.
It was CBS Chairman Les Moonves who offered, “Well, number one – nobody’s seen the film. So any criticism…or a film that isn’t finished, is rather odd we think.” Two questions here Les; first, who’s “we?” And second, how is this different from the ADL and the Simon Wiesenthal Center attacking Mel Gibson’s movie “The Passion,” offering that it was “anti-Semitic,” when it too hasn’t even been released yet?
