Nowhere in the history of man has the tendency of government to seize power been more prevalent than when that government, by whatever excuse or subterfuge, attempts to bamboozle the public with promises that they shall be “protected” by government when they yield their hard-won individual, and especially, their God-given rights, to that government. This may well be the very biggest of the ‘big lies’ fed to the people in all times and under all circumstances.
In WW II, though neither Germany or Japan had any means whatsoever to bombard America, our government instigated massive blackouts, requiring coastal areas, at least on the West Coast, to turn off all exterior lights, cover doors and windows with blackout curtains, and refrain from displaying any lights at night. Cars were forced to be equipped with headlight covers with tiny slits in them to reduce light output to a small fraction of normal. Meanwhile, radio stations continued to broadcast, allowing any enemy vessel or aircraft, if their had been one, through simple triangulation of signals to pinpoint their exact location, even on the darkest of nights. But or sheeple felt “safe” because of this unnecessary intrusion by government; imposing and enforcing laws that did nothing whatsoever to protect us.
One of the most unconstitutional acts in American history took place when then Governor of CA Culbert Olson, and CA Attorney General Earl Warren got their heads together, then went to see their old Socialist/Communist buddy, King Franklin of Delano. By royal decree, FDR ordered some 110,000 Japanese living on the West Coast, nearly two-thirds of them American citizens by birth or naturalization, to be rounded up without any proof whatsoever that they were, in any way, supporting the Japanese Government, and tossed into concentration camps to rot for the duration of the war.
In addition to tossing them into harsh, primitive, prison-like structures, the government took their homes, businesses, cars and other property and disposed of it; leaving these Americans financially destitute following the war. No warrants, no charges, no “day in court” for them. They were deemed to be possible enemies of the state because certain, powerful politicians said they were.
The Democrat sheeple of California twice elected Earl Warren as governor of the state; a reward for “protecting” them from the evils of the Japanese. Towards the end of his second term as governor, Warren was again rewarded for his total disregard and violation of the Constitution and Bill of Rights of this Republic by another socialist Democrat, also hand-picked by King Franklin. Pseudo-Republican Dwight “Operation Keelhaul” Eisenhower, President of the United States, a man who had never voted Republican in his life until they drafted him, anointed Warren as Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court where he could continue to ignore the Constitution and Bill of Rights; working to destroy the Republic at an accelerated pace through “creative” interpretations that had no basis in the original wording and intent of that document.
Warren made it clear that under “his” court, the Constitution and Bill of Rights would be anything and everything they wished it to be; not what was written and intended. From the Warren Court came school bussing, “separation of church and state”, racial and gender-preference hiring called “affirmative action”, and a further, continuous stream of creative and totally unconstitutional rulings based on the socialist idea of what they would like for the Constitution to stand for.
But, our government didn’t stop with the Japanese. For all practical purposes, King Franklin suspended the Constitution and Bill of Rights, if he ever paid any attention to them in the first place, forming secret operations that not only targeted the enemy but also Americans who might, for some reason, “know too much”. Among the government’s lesser-known operations was that of St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Washington DC. If Wild Bill Donovan, FDR’s old Wall Street Lawyer/college chum and founder of the OSS/CIA, or someone else high up in the echelons of government decided you knew too much, you could simply “vanish” into St. Elizabeth’s under the guise of being mentally ill or otherwise dangerous to yourself and/or others. Again, no hearings, no day in court, no nothing. To this day, I doubt if anyone knows how many Americans simply vanished with a little help from our government and possibly, were never seen or heard of again.
So……here’s the rub.
If the government could and did do these things fifty and more years ago and got away with it, what can and are they doing today under our unconstitutional, undeclared wars on drugs, terrorism and the civil rights of the people; especially our Second Amendment Rights?
QUERY: Has anyone ever discovered the word “but” following the absolute statement of the Second Amendment that “….the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”Where does the Second Amendment state that government may infringe upon our rights because of this or that supposed reason? The Second Amendment expresses an absolute mandate, period, end of discussion!
The infamous Clinton body count not withstanding, how many citizens have simply vanished, suddenly died of “natural” causes, or suffered an “accident” that silenced them permanently; conveniently protecting unconstitutional activities of our government from the light of day?
How many honest citizens; especially those who dare to question the unconstitutional and criminal acts of government, have been or are being framed, their faces printed on federal “Wanted” posters, and declared enemies of the state, then hunted like animals; often to be shot dead; murdered under color of authority because “dead men tell no tales”? How many of these are victims of the ATF and it’s Gestapo-like, jack-booted-thug tactics?
Does anyone with an IQ above that of a rotten fence post really believe that government at virtually any level, is not capable of manufacturing or planting evidence or that government officials and law enforcement officers will not lie under oath, apply blackmail, and threaten death to those who do not “play ball”, to obtain desired convictions of innocent people that it is in the best interest of government to silence or put away?
How many citizens have been or will be branded as “white separatist” (ever hear of a “black separatist”??), “religious cult member”, “militia member” (Do you understand that the Citizens ARE the Constitutional militia?), “right wing extremist” “gun nut”, or other catch phrase of the ultra-left, used to vilify their enemies by the socialist-controlled government, hell-bent on it’s agenda to totally destroy this Republic and move us into the UN-decreed one-world police state?
Even more important, where are we heading with Bush’s establishment of his own Homeland Gestapo, which we are promised, will “protect” us while violating our Constitutional Rights?
How many more Constitutional Rights will the government grab using people like Tom Ridge, who has already established himself as having no regard for the Constitution and Bill of Rights whatsoever when it comes to his version of “law enforcement”?
How much “protection” have we with a so-called “Department of Justice” that is so corrupt and so totally divorced from performing it’s sworn duty to defend and uphold the Constitution of the United States that it consistently ignores and violates the spirit and the letter of the laws set down by that very document it is supposed to protect and defend?
Across America, police are shooting unarmed citizens, then defending the practice, telling us that they “thought” the deceased “might” have been reaching for a gun, or “might” have had a weapon, or that they “felt threatened”? How many murders under authority of the badge are our sheeple willing to accept? Does no one recognize anymore that it is the job of a judge and jury to convict before we carry out a sentence upon those convicted of a crime?
In virtually every state, the government, under the color of authority and the excuse of environmentalism, has been seizing the lands and water of citizens, violating their civil and property rights without due process; issuing decrees that are law, without legislative process, and stomping on our Constitutional Rights with a vengeance while the tame press and timid, local law enforcement look the other way.
Using highly creative and totally false interpretations of the Constitution, relating to religion, imposed as the result of the socialist/Communist need to abolish everything that is honest, moral, and decent, the government wages a continuous war against Christians and their churches while giving the nod of approval to every abhorrent and totally deviant form of lifestyle ever dreamed up by the most depraved among us; all in the supposed interest of “diversity”.
King Franklin’s first, unconstitutional firearms law has mutated into over 20,000 unconstitutional gun laws; none of which have led to any demonstrable reduction of criminal activity, but all of which, in one way or another, have removed or severely infringed on the God-given rights of honest citizens to defend themselves, their families and their property; not only from the ravages of street criminals, but from the biggest criminals of all; those hiding within our government at all levels.
Since 9/11, we have seen our airports, already cluttered and badly backed up, further incapacitated by uniformed soldiers carrying rifles; supposedly designed to frighten terrorist away, but instead, frightening the citizenry and establishing a precedent for all time of a police state presence in our midst. Worse, these citizen soldiers are forced to leave their jobs; often at the price of financial ruin, not to defend the Republic, but to be displayed as a pawn, by big government that wants to get bigger, all in the name of appearances to make the very ignorant and the very stupid “feel good”.
Instead of establishing rigid standards for the hiring, training, and duties of airport security people, the Democrats and Republicrats (Democrats in Republican drag) seized the opportunity to establish yet another huge and totally unconstitutional federal bureaucracy which, in my estimation, will soon be armed by the government because of one excuse or another, to add to the already over 100,000 unconstitutional federal police by whatever names, our government controls.
For the first time since the Revolutionary War, our government has brought foreign troops onto our soil to supposedly protect us from terrorism; a prelude to the planned importation of thousands of foreign troops under the UN banner, to eventually disarm the populace and enslave us under the UN’s one-world, socialist police state. Of course, they will be “protecting us”!
Meanwhile, our borders with Mexico not only remain wide open but our politicians; hell-bent on buying the votes of the millions of illegal aliens already in this country, are actively supporting increased illegal immigration into our nation, of not only hundreds of thousands and eventually, millions of Mexicans / Hispanics but also, Arab terrorist and other enemies of this Republic, crossing our borders to do us great harm while political correctness and butt-kissing of Vicente Fox and Mexico remains in high pucker.
At any given time, we have hundreds if not thousands of sworn police officers flying scheduled airlines but prohibited from carrying their weapons because big brother has decreed that ONLY federal-trained and controlled police are, for some reason, capable and/or trustworthy enough to carry a piece aboard a civilian airliner. Doesn’t that make you feel safer?
In spite of the fact that the vast majority of airline pilots came from our military where they have already undergone extensive training in the use of firearms, the government and airlines continue to resist the idea that pilots of aircraft be armed to protect themselves, their passengers and their ships and most certainly denying pilots and citizens their Constitutional Right to carry arms to defend themselves.
Instead of organizing a vast Civil Defense operation, involving citizens in their own safety and defense preparations, our government has taken the stand that only paid bureaucrats can “protect” us and then, only if we are willing to give up more and more of our Constitutional Rights in return for these supposed “protections”.
To that end, the Democrats and other traitors in congress continue their endless screening of appointees for judgeships, selecting only those whom they believe will do the best job of rewriting the Constitution and Bill of Rights through judicial interpretation, to further take away the rights of the people.
Do you feel any safer now that we have “Homeland Security” and all the rest of the “new police state” operations being imposed by King George of Shrubland and our socialist congress?
