As if the militant Mexican Reconquistas have not already de facto captured the California Republic, the Golden State perilously moved one step closer to Mexican rule when Antonio Villaraigosa garnered a plurality of votes in the April 10th Los Angeles Mayoral primary nominating election. With the plurality, Villaraigosa clinched one of two spots on the June 5th General Election ballot. Winning approximately 30% of a 15-candidate primary, Villaraigosa will face off with James Hahn in June. The winner captures the L.A. Mayoral spot. A Villaraigosa victory all but captures Los Angeles for Mexico. As such, Villaraigosa represents a major immediate threat to United States sovereignty and her Christian heritage.

Christian Americans must be alarmed. An assault on American sovereignty and culture is an assault on America’s Christian heritage. With the flood of illegal aliens, a rise of anti-American hostilities, and erosion of respect for American heroes, America as a nation state suffers an assault like no other.

When groups threaten the United States, they ultimately threaten her foundations. Because America’s foundation is undeniably Christian, anti-American groups threaten America’s Christian heritage. When America’s Founders relied upon the Protection of Divine Providence to win Independence from Godless King George III, they also relied upon their faith that God would lead later generations to honor, respect, and defend their Fathers’ Godly undertakings. As such, in the midst of anti-American sentiment, Christian patriots must act like an island and vehemently defend her God-given land of Christian liberty.

Villaraigosa has a history of militant anti-American sympathies. He was a leader of MEChA (Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan), a militant group which advocates a conquest of the Southwest portion of the United States – land which it labels “Aztlan”. For those not familiar with college political organizations, MEChA is a radical separatist group that hates the fact that the United States possesses Aztlan since the War of 1848. As such, it comes as no surprise that they support the continual breaking of American immigration laws; oppose efforts to reform immigration; and encourage the idea of Mexicanizing California so that a “takeover” will occur naturally without much resistance.

Villaraigosa opposed the will of California citizens when they voted overwhelmingly for Proposition 187, an initiative designed to deny state benefits to illegal aliens. Even after the people voted for 187, liberal courts overturned their will. Additionally, Villaraigosa even opposed efforts to deny driver’s licenses to illegals. In fact, in a mean-spirited rebuke of Latino Americans who supported such a policy, Villaraigosa said, “They don’t belong in office, friends. They don’t belong here.” In other words, Villaraigosa welcomes the flooding of illegal aliens and the sucking dry of California’s resources, yet denies truly American Latinos the right to hold public office.

Is something backwards here?

While immigration is good for America, a flood of foreigners threatens cultural cohesion. Similar to life-giving water, responsible immigration brings sustenance to American culture. However, also like water, a flood of immigration wreaks destruction, despair, and death to a nation. Nations who lose their identity do not survive. For those who despise American principles, they welcome the saturation of American culture with foreigners. They welcome mass immigration without limit.

Villaraigosa represents a major threat to American heritage because he wishes to Mexicanize the United States – beginning with Los Angeles. By disrespecting America’s responsible immigration practices, Villaraigosa ultimately disrespects the American founding. As such, Villaraigosa can not be trusted to respect anything else American.

Perhaps Mexico can trust him.

Los Angeles, California, and the United States can not.
