Un trojan horses: Stealing our sovereignty civilly

“Thus one who excels at warfare seeks [victory] through the strategic configuration of power, not from reliance on men. Thus he is able to select men and employ strategic power… The location where we will engage the enemy must not become known to them.” Sun-Tzu, The Art of War

Sun-Tzu was a wily old fox, ready and able to outwit the most formidable force. He clearly recognized the advantages available to the underdog, not unlike a good coach.

In the international game of King of the Mountain, many wily foxes are using Sun-Tzu’s tactics and strategies against the gullible and trusting. The UN has developed its strategies in a way that would make Sun-Tzu proud. A review of the UN website will reveal innumerable documents purporting to solve the world’s problems, all presented in a way that brooks no contradiction. The papers are laid out beautifully, the language is reasonable, the arguments rational, the conclusions logical and everything appears to be faultless.

Everything except the underlying premise: the world is peopled by incompetent ninnies who are hopelessly uneducable and must be guided by the superior beings gracing the halls of the UN. The masses cannot be trusted to find their individual ways to the answer nature’s call without destroying the environment, to say nothing of their inability to raise children, educate themselves, self govern, find suitable employment and generally take care of themselves.

The proposal that ought to bring down the wrath of everyone is their presumptuous Agenda 21. There is no way that any duly elected body would implement this affront to private property and national sovereignty, so the UN is working to have it implemented through the less-offensive NGO’s. Yes, those sweethearts of the press, such as PETA and the Sierra Club, are being aided and abetted by the UN to implement its agenda.

In Chapter 27 of Agenda 21, it claims in its basis for action, “Non-governmental organizations play a vital role in the shaping and implementation of participatory democracy.” That sentence alone should send shock waves throughout the entire nation as our government is allegedly of the people, by the people and for the people. Most NGO’s are non-profit lobbying organizations that seem to grab an inordinate amount of media attention. They are not vital in shaping “participatory democracy”. They obfuscate it.

The UN sees NGO’s as “partners in the implementation of Agenda 21”. One element of that partnership is to help “activate a sense of common purpose on behalf of all sectors of society”. Their whole shtick with this Agenda 21 is what they call sustainable development and what any street-smart kid would call a land and power grab. Newspeak phrases such as “unsustainable consumption” and “unsustainable life styles among the richer segments” are considered a matter of “grave concern as they aggravate poverty and imbalances”. The fault is laid at the feet of the industrialized nations.

The global oligarchs are not going to experience dislocation of any sort in righting these injustices. They aren’t going to give up their pricey playgrounds and watering holes to implement this sustainable development utopia. No. The burden for this dream will fall on the middle class – which will be eliminated.

The oligarchs will be the primary beneficiaries as the world’s natural resources come under control of even fewer (2.10). The middle class will lose their private property, their national sovereignty and their individuality, as it has been doing increasingly under the guise of the Endangered Species Act and similarly masked anti-private property laws.

Sustainable development purports to be all about “environmentally sound and socially responsible”(27.3) world resources management. Agenda 21 sees governments as responsible for providing a viable workforce for this globalist agenda. Such statements as, “Provide substantial increases in economically efficient resource productivity and measures to ensure that the local population benefits in adequate measure from resource use” are clues to this power grab. Roughly translated it means, “Develop the natural resources using the local labor pool. Pay them enough to keep them from revolting.”

“The community of non-governmental organization, therefore, offers a global network that should be tapped, enabled and strengthened in support of efforts to achieve these common goals (27.3)… Non governmental organizations will also need to foster cooperation and communication among themselves to reinforce their effectiveness as actors in the implementation of sustainable development (27.4). Society, governments and international bodies should develop mechanisms to allow non-governmental organizations to play their partnership role responsibly and effectively in the process of environmentally sound and sustainable development (26.5)”

This is not a bottoms-up method of problem solving: it is strictly top down. It is elitists using a variety of liberal-minded groups throughout the world to do what they could not do otherwise, just as many of these NGO’s use our courts to implement their agendas (and the UN’s). This is a power struggle of gargantuan proportions and the UN is willing to foot the bill, “Non-governmental organizations will also require additional funding in support of their establishment of, improvement of or contributions to Agenda 21 monitoring systems (27.11)”.

The final paragraph is no less offensive than the rest of the anti-people screed, “Governments will need to promulgate or strengthen, subject to country-specific conditions, any legislative measures necessary to enable the establishment by non-governmental organizations of consultative groups, and to ensure the right of non-governmental organizations to protect the public interest through legal action. (27.13)”

What is the legitimate connection between NGO’s and the public interest? None. They are Trojan horses, employing strategic power and engaging the enemy (us) in a guerilla war waged through the courts where few private property owners can afford to fight back.

It was never the intent of the Founding Fathers that the same rights guaranteed human persons be granted to non-human entities. There is absolutely no legal or Constitutional basis for corporations as persons. It was erroneously taken from the headnotes of Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad (1886).

The most significant way the taxpayers can protect themselves from this heinous Agenda 21 is to insist that NGO’s not have legal standing, not be allowed to bring suit and not to be allowed to serve on any of the local committees so desired by the UN.

The voters must form alliances with their elected officials who are willing to do the bidding of the voters. The only sustainable development is that which under the control of individual property owners acting in their own and their communities best interests. No one cares more about the land than its private owners.
